Introducing the Artist WGS20 Wireless System, the big brother to our best-selling Artist WGS10! With greater speed and less interference as a result of the WGS20 transmitting over 5.8 GHz, this is the perfect product for those looking to leave the cable life behind with a wireless system that can be wholly relied upon! Suitable for guitar, bass and other ¼” jack instruments, the WGS20 provides up to 30m of wireless signal transfer with <5ms latency from a compact and durable transmitter to the corresponding receiver, and is suitable for any amp!
With 270 degrees of rotation, the input jack is also suitable for almost any instrument. The inbuilt rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows up to 8 hours of continuous play from a full charge, and the WGS20 includes a USB charging cable to ensure you’re always ready to rock! With the ability to switch between four channels, the WGS20 can be used by a whole band without interference or latency!

We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

I’ve bought these two times now. The first time I bought the product I found they introduced a lot of background noise (hissing/white noise) to my signal. I tried it in different locations, put up with the noise for a little while, and then ultimately decided maybe I got a bad batch and ordered another set (it was too late to return the first set at this point). The second set had the same issues and also stopped working (wouldn’t recharge) after a couple of uses. Decided not to go through the return process to save the faffing about but I do know Artist would have looked after me based on other positive experiences with their customer service. I would highly recommend the Nux wireless system products Artist sell (tried all their guitar wireless systems and they’ve all been fantastic) or the Xvive 5.8ghz wireless system which has been great since purchasing to replace the Artist system. 1/5 stars for the product, but this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with an Artist brand product and their customer service has always been good for me.

Quick n Easy
I have never owened a wireless system , mainly for the fact that they were so expensive and never felt the need for them. Until now . Budget friendly wireless guitar system that works straight out of the box. No lag as far as I am concerned. It doesn’t alter your guitar sound. I have tried on electric and acoustic guitar. The best part is that the unit doesn’t switch off automatically when not in use for a while which works for me. Charging is fast and it comes with dual micro USB cable. This is as much a review for Artist Customer Support as it is for the WGS20 wireless unit. I purchased a unit & it had an issue with intermittent dropouts. These are not meant to be an industrial strength competition for a a multi band wireless unit - but for a practise tool these are good value. The Artist Customer Support folk were very responsive & helpful in my dealings with them - so credit where it's due! Artist swapped the unit with no arm twisting necessary & the replacement unit is working great . I'm in an apartment block with a gazillion WAP's around - and that's why it's worth going for a 5 GHz band unit.

The wireless pickups have made playing standing up much easier and free. Allowing movement to walk up to other band members to talk, or step outside my music room to boil kettle, basically being untethered to th amp fantastic.
