Artist WGS10 2.4GHz Instrument Wireless System
Our WGS10 wireless system is the ideal solution to tangled and unreliable cables! Suitable for guitar, bass and other ¼” jack instruments, the WGS10 provides up to 20m of wireless signal transfer from a compact and durable transmitter to the corresponding receiver, and is suitable for any amp!
With 270 degrees of rotation, the input jack is also suitable for almost any instrument. The inbuilt rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows up to 10 hours of continuous play from a full charge, and the WGS10 includes a USB charging cable to ensure you’re always ready to rock! With the ability to switch between four channels, the WGS10 can be used by a whole band without interference or latency!

Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

The range is better than I thought. Latency seems decent. I have had it running out of battery in the middle of playing which is not ideal. I'm not sure yet how long the battery can last on either transmitter or receiver, but if you remember to put them on charge it will be fine. Two cons: it's a bit annoying to not be able to charge both at the same time using the provided cable. More importantly, there can be a line hum more important than if plugged in so you might need to adjust gates etc. But for the price this is really decent to play with at home.

I received the Artist guitar wireless system and charged them up. I plugged them in, and naturally they worked straight off. Very good of course., One thing that is maybe debatable, is I think if you are using a certain guitar set up,, there MAY be a little more treble in the tone? I liked it though, a good clean treble that made my Tele sound a good country thing that I do like. That was on that day, oh, and I will be sending for another pair, because using other guitars, there ia just good strong signal.

Cheap wireless system that works!
I would only dream of owning one of these decades ago. Never owned one so I won't be able to do a comparison. But for the price, I'm surprised at how good these really are. Now I can walk around the house with my guitar strapped on and still be able to play. I wish I could use this on a live setting but I only play in the bedroom nowadays. Ah the Wireless System
Ok, this one was a good choice. I ordered it, picked it up, took it home, charged it up and plugged it in. The blue lights on the Transmitter and Receiver were happily saying "we are all synced up", but I was getting Zero sound. I checked the Amp volume, I checked the Guitar volume, I checked that everything was plugged in correctly, but still Zero sound. Perplexed and worried I phone the AG warehouse and a very helpful AG guy answered. I explained what was happening, and he was perplexed, nothing seemed wrong. He suggested I plug into a smaller practice Amp I had, and 'magic', it was all fine. We went back to my main Amp and it suddenly occurred to me that the problem was, simply that I was an idiot. After a few more minutes of very calm and gentle advice from the AG guy, I realised that the last time I had used this Amp I had plugged it direct from its 'Headphone Out' socket in the back of the unit to my DAW input. Apparently Amps work much better and are much louder if you unplug the Headphone output. The short version is the Wireless System worked perfectly, exactly as it should. I must however thank the patient and helpful guy who answered the phone and thank him for not laughing too much when I told him I had discovered the problem, and it was me.

I saw this wireless system on a very reliable YouTube channel and thought that, for the price, it was worth the punt. I was not disappointed. Cheap but effective wireless
My first foray into wireless systems. Very pleased. Instructions said to fully charge before first use and mine needed a full charge before I used it. At home I was able to get good signal through a timber wall up to about 12 metres. With my body turned in the way as well as the wall it was about 10m. Later at a rehearsal I had at least 17 metres without interuption. I didn't try to go further. Sound quality is good and latency is not an issue. There are very expensive units out there but you might start with this and be fine with it. You might want to consider the 5.8G products if you anticipate crowded wi fi environments. These are 2.4G but I don't think I will need to worry. As usual, Artist Guitars are easy to deal with.

Works perfectly straight out of the box
I mostly play at outdoors sites with my Joyo amp and two acoustic guitars. Bought one of these to replace at least one guitar cable and was pretty bloody impressed. Dead easy to set up, with everything clearly labelled. Worked properly straight out of the box without my even needing to read the instruction manual. Tried it playing with my amp in the front room of my house and my guitar outside at the rear. I wasn't 20 metres away from the amp but there were two single brick walls and a double brick wall between me and the amp and the signal (and sound) came through loud and clear. The only thing I can think of to make it better would be a two transmitter and one receiver package so I wouldn't have to swap the transmitter between my guitars (a 6 string and a tenor) when i need to switch. That would be perfect.
