Nux MP3 Mighty Plug Pro Guitar and Bass Amplug with Bluetooth
The Mighty Plug 3 is the ultimate silent-play tool for both guitarists and bassists, featuring various effects, modelling amplifiers, and Impulse Response (IR) cabinet models. With built-in acoustic guitar IR models and acoustic amps, you can play regular electric guitar and simulate acoustic guitar, plus there are various inbuilt effects pedals that use the renowned “white-box” algorithm for analog response and natural-sounding effects. The amp modelling also uses the TSAC-HD (White-Box) algorithm for accurate, responsive and reliable playability!
Guitar Mode: There are 3 channels and an Acoustic Guitar simulator for electric guitars.
Bass Mode: There are 3 channels for bass guitar. 6 effect modules and 25 variety effects in total.
Designed for use with any guitar or bass, the flexible input can be adjusted to suit your instrument and even tremolo bars won’t get in the way! Using the Mighty Amp App, you can play along to your favourite songs or adjust the parameters of your effects. Choose the Bluetooth connection AUDIO mode to play along with your favourite music only, or APP mode to control the effects and customize your presets, and store them. You can also playback any music when APP mode is selected. The audio mode option is useful when you connect any Bluetooth device that you cannot install the Mighty Amp application on.
The Mighty Plug 3 has a built-in audio streaming function, so you can connect the Amplug directly to your computer with a Micro B USB cable, and it is ready to play and record, meaning you can record your instrument without using any audio interface. You can use the headphones output for monitoring, you will hear both your guitar and the audio from your computer.
Mighty Plug Mobile App: There are hundreds of pre-amp models and guitar cabinet IRs and effects available with the FREE MightyAmp app, and you can save all the changes you made to a channel for future use. The Mighty Editor app can be used to download and install third-party IRs, so your tonal possibilities are endless!
The Mighty Plug works perfectly with active/passive electric guitar and bass, and acoustic-electric guitars with piezo or magnetic pickup. The signal is crystal clear with low-latency (1.2ms), with a wide dynamic range of 103db.

Hello I have been playing guitar for quite some time and have been working towards learning to solo, pentatonic scale and Greek scales, However one of the things that has been holding me back is that I work night shift when I come home wife and kids are asleep, just moving my amp and setting up my affects can make me unpopular in my house, but not any more the Nux MIghty Plug Pro is awesome, it connects to your phone via blue tooth and you download a free app, this gives you 29 amps to choose from and you can adjust them like a physical amp also you get 36 IRs think of these like speaker boxes, you also get 14 distortion peddle effects 6 delay effects 6 reverb a 6band and 10 band eqilizer you get a modulator with 14 effects a compressor with 3 effects and a noise gate. Want more LOL ok , it has 6 programable presets it also has a Drum machine that let's you adjust BPM and you can also adjust the pattern and treble middle and bass. But wait there is still more it has built in backing tracks that you can jam along with and also you can down load your favorite songs from Spotify or somewhere else and play along with them, perfect for ppl learning to solo or just learning guitar, what else can it do ? If you go into settings it also has a built in tunner , Awesome. It also gives you the freedom to walk around and play the Nux unit plugs into your guitar and head phones plug into the nux unit, I am using the superlux headphones and they are amazing I would recommend buying a NUX plug pro and headphones both available from Artist, there is still more stuff it can do, you can plug it into you pc or laptop and edit tracks and mix but I am not using it for that yet, so if you play guitar and don't have a Nux plug pro or your thinking about getting one I strongly recommend this product and have callouses on my finger tips again because I can practice whenever I want , A big Thank you to Artist Guitars kind regards Shannon.

Product seems to work as intended. The software is a bit buggy. The suggestions you may brick the unit by an accidental disconnection during firmware upgrade is concerning. And the English in the online instructions is terrible. The unit seems well built and fits snugly in the strat cable sockets. Stock tones, maybe 3 are useable. But better than the ones that came with one of the first versions of the mighty plug pro (which I found after resetting the presets in the app thinking it would reset to the out of the box presets). Fortunately NUX could provide the current factory presets in a batch file to reinstate them. Yet to properly try customise a preset. Postage free, but unreliable courier. Staff at Artist are very responsive and helpful. Only wish so far, is that the out of the box tones were as good as Mustang.

Amazing headphone amp!
So I owned the MG30 for a few years and this thing is so similar it makes me wonder. Everything is very familiar if you have used the NUX stuff before. The app is great. Connections are solid and navigating the unit is a breeze. I really like the option to select how many presets it scrolls through. For me I just set a rhythm and lead sound for my taste and it's good! I think it would make a good back up in your guitar case also as the ability to load IR's makes it perfectly usable through a PA with a Y cable. I've owned a few headphone amps and got this at the same time as the Moore Prime P2. This thing wins hands down and less than half the price too!

NUX - MP3 not what it could be
Thoroughly disappointed with Artists Guitars and the first product purchased. A number of years ago I purchased two similar devices from a local (Newcastle) retailer, one for my son the other for myself. The main drawback has been the dangling wires from headphones. With a quick website investigation it seemed the device purchased, with Bluetooth ability, was the modern answer to that problem. Being old school I phoned your company asking to speak with someone who knew about this product, the female I spoke with advised she was not the one but assured me I would get a return call in about 15 minutes. I never and still haven't got that call. So after an hour or more I looked at 5 minutes of the first Internet review found and thought it seemed okay, still assuming it could provide Bluetooth listening. Well as my son has informed me, not so! The purchase was for a surprise birthday present, a rarity of late now all the attention is normally focused on his young children. He lives in Brisbane and has been a semi professional muso there, so as his birthday was over Easter I delivered it to his holiday accomodations on the NSW north coast, it just arrived in time for me to achieve this taking about two days longer to arrive than anticipated. So now he has it and we are both disappointed! I asked him to look into the possibility it can be plugged into a computer via the USBC connection and the computer could maybe transmit the sound to his earbuds however he is yet to return home to try this out.

Perfect tool for silent practising and home record
I purchased NUX MP3 Pro last month. I am impressed with features, effects simulation and ease of use. I had previously used Korg Pandora PX4 for that purpose. It was great at the time, but quantisation noise and self-contained user interface were major let downs. NUX MP3 solves that problem by moving most of the controls and interactions to PC/mobile device. Effect simulation is quantum leap in comparison to Pandora. The ability to rearrange effect chain is welcome feature and hours of fun experimenting with sounds. NUX MP3 is offering disproportionate amount of features for your money. I made purchase from Artist Guitars via eBay and the parcel arrived within couple of days. I subsequently went to their sales outlet in Yennora and made another purchase. Staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Great product, great customer experience. Highly recommended.

I bought this headphone amp to practice playing guitar and not upset others in the house while learning to play. It is a fantastic device and the associated phone app makes it very easy to change settings to achieve any type of sound you desire. I particularly like the built in drum machine with a large selection of different sounds. I find this really helps me learn to keep to a rhythm. You can also connect your laptop or phone via the USB connector or Bluetooth to listen to YouTube lessons and play along hearing both your own playing and the YouTube audio through the headphones. I haven’t tried but I’m sure Spotify or any other audio source would also work and not limited to only YouTube. I also have a small BlackStar practice amp and when I’m home alone, I plug the headphone output of the Mighty Plug into the line input of the BlackStar to practice without headphones. This lets me choose from the countless settings and effects of the Mighty Plug as well as the drum machine to have a bit of fun without the headphones. I don’t have any experience with other amps but as a beginner I would highly recommend this amp to practice in private without disturbing others.

A great piece of kit. Arrived promptly (great work Artist), and it works as described. Using with my Artist TC59 Telecaster (with bullbuckers) and the sounds/tones it produces are simply amazing.
