Artist Skyler II Cracked Mirror Electric Guitar w/ Humbucker Pickups
The Skyler is back! With an upgraded set of medium-output Alnico V humbuckers and a brand-new hardtail bridge design, this all-new iteration of an absolute classic is the guitar you know and love, just with a new voice - not to mention 7 years of bad luck! Featuring a gorgeous quarter-sawn roasted maple neck topped with a dark slab of genuine rosewood, a bone nut, and high-grade locking tuners, the Skyler is both functionally and aesthetically elegant. Having tested untold amounts of pickup options, we settled on a pair of high-end, medium-output Alnico V humbuckers that perfectly bridge the gap between vintage rock tones and more modern, high-gain chugs.
With a clear, bell-like high end and throaty mid-range, they have plenty of bite, and compress beautifully to produce rich harmonic distortion tones when pushed, while the push/pull pots allow for more single-coil style tones when needed! Each Artist Skyler features copper shielding to ensure ground noise is kept to an absolute minimum, while a wheeled string tree and locking strap buttons take care of the little details for you. From the moment it is born on the workbench to the moment of unboxing, the Artist Skyler is raring to be played!
