not a bad guitarpurchased the 8 string ages ago second hand and pick it up from time to time to do a bit of composition or just stretch the fingers, it was a bit difficult to get used to at first, just like picking up that old nylon string in the music room at school. she has a fair bit of noise, but I'll get to tidying that up at a later date with an earthed bridge. I'd recommend utilising a locking nut for the input jack. volume and tone pots have pretty zero noise. weight is hefty but not so bad that it's gonna curve your spine playing weekend gigs, keeps tune pretty good and does stray out during play just like any other guitar subject to play time, weather, room, environment etc. action is pretty good through the strings, but everyone plays different. if someone was to purchase this guitar I'd recommend feeling it out first, workout what you like and what you want to change, take it to your guitar guy and get those things changed. the guitar definitely has potential for anyone who might want to make a project guitar and mod it without the guilt of tearing down a more expensive guitar or something that is seriously trashed.
