The Klowra Leap is an ultra-compact digital polyphonic octave and freeze pedal engineered for players who want to break boundaries in sound design without sacrificing precious pedalboard space. Part of the innovative Budding Bloom Mini Series, the Leap combines low-latency polyphonic pitch tracking with expressive synthesis features, giving you the power to construct everything from classic twelve-string simulations to massive bass lines and cavernous ambient pad textures.
Low-Latency Polyphonic Tracking
Built around a highly advanced pitch algorithm, the Leap provides fast, ultra-low-latency tracking that easily handles complex chords and swift individual notes alike. With independent level controls for DRY, +OCT (upper octave), and -OCT (sub-octave) signals, you can meticulously balance your natural tone alongside rich sub-harmonics and shimmering highs. The frequency response curve has been completely re-optimised to combat the traditional "tone suck" found in vintage pitch shifters, ensuring full-range signal integrity with every pick attack.
Multi-Phase Detune Engine
To elevate your pitch-shifted tones past flat digital boundaries, the Leap incorporates an integrated Multi-Phase Detune engine. Controlled by a dedicated selector button, this technology injects lush chorusing movement and organic warmth across three distinct modes: Clean, Shallow, and Deep. By combining these pitch-modulated layers with your sub and upper octaves, you can easily transform your guitar into a majestic church organ, a soul-stirring gospel organ, or an avant-garde synth lead.
Tri-Mode Filter Tuning
For precise equalisation, the Leap features a versatile Tri-Mode Filter toggle switch that entirely reconfigures how the TONE control behaves.
- In LP (Low Pass) mode, the filter attenuates harsh high frequencies exclusively on the upper octave, letting you tame brittle digital bite while keeping your dry and low octaves clear.
- In HP (High Pass) mode, the filter isolates and cuts muddy low frequencies solely from the sub-octave to tighten up your bottom end.
- Switching to TILT activates a global shelving EQ at 1200Hz, simultaneously balancing bass and treble across the entire signal for quick tonal updates.
Infinite Freeze Control and Pure Signal Architecture
Equipped with Klowra’s studio-grade WildSeed Engine, the Leap features 24-bit AD/DA conversion and a 32-bit floating-point DSP block for incredible processing headroom. Holding down the main footswitch activates the Infinite Freeze function, capturing your notes instantly to generate an infinite, lush ambient pad layer to play over. The pedal also includes a dedicated CTRL input for connecting an external TS momentary footswitch to control the freeze mechanism remotely, switchable True or Buffered Bypass pathways, and a USB-C port for continuous firmware updates as the Klowra ecosystem evolves.

Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.

If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
