We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

My favourite gig bag
It’s sturdy. It’s comfortable to carry. It is well padded. It has plenty of pockets for strings, an iPad, a small pedalboard or mfx, cables or whatever you need to carry. I used to use another brand but it wore out very quickly. These are highly recommended, not just for Artist guitars but any brand of bass you happen to have will be well protected and easily carried.

This is the second one of these I've bought. It's the best quality and feature packed affordable bag I have come across. As for the service, it's also the best I have come across for quite a while. I actually had to return it though as the new Yammie I got it for was just a little long and too crowded at the headstock. No fuss and an immediate refund before I even had a chance to return it. They really do have the best returns policy in the business. The Xtreme bag (25mm padding) I bought to replace it at $68 is inferior in all regards aside from being approx. 2 inches longer. Seriously, just grab one of these !!!

A really well-thought-out, heavy-duty, canvas, bass case, nicely padded, with heaps of storage space in the 4 large pockets. Also has a velcro strap to stop the instrument from falling out when the case is opened, plus heavy-duty zippers not only on the case but also the storage pockets. All in all a beautiful bag keeping the bass safe and secure.

I’ve been hanging with a tired old carry bag, held together with gaff. I decided a 10 day festival was reason enough to update. I went for the best Artist had to offer & glad I did! The HGBAG has strong zippers that are gonna outlast me, a Velcro strap to secure the neck in the bag, heaps of padding all over & soooo much pocket space I’ve done away with a gear bag for leads, including all my power leads! All the carry straps are strong & I like that the back-straps hold the bass high on my back so walking is unimpeded. I do have to be a bit careful with doorways! As always with Artist products, great value for money - I’ve previously spent three times what I spent here on lesser-quality tote bags.

I needed a longer than normal bag as I bought a mid 80s Yamaha bass and it measured closer to 1200mm - all other bags are 1120 or 1150 at most . I asked these guys if they could recommend something that would fit . Bought this bag it’s perfect . Well made , well padded for it to go to school and back on the bus with my daughter for lessons . Worth the money
This is not the cheapest gig bag sold by Artist Guitars but, if you want something that will do more than just keep the dust off your instrument, then this one is certainly worth a look. While I normally prefer a solid case, when you own as many guitars as I do, storage becomes a problem! :-) For that reason, I opted for a gig bag for my latest "practice" bass, but I wanted one that would stand up to wear, and protect the instrument well. Construction is impressive — very thick padding, heavy-duty zips, solid handles, adequate pocket storage for leads/straps/tuners etc. The internal dimensions as quoted by AG are pretty exact, so just make sure you measure your instrument to ensure it will fit. While I toyed with buying one of the cheaper models, I'm very glad I decided on this one — the higher price is more than justified by the premium features of this product.
