We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Exceeded all expectations for its price!
This kit is absolutely perfect for my 10 year old, it was simple to assemble and the sound is amazing. The only downside for us, is it not having bluetooth connectivity or a standard usb plug or additional aux input to plug into external amp or speaker to be able to hear his lessons and play at the same time. Its still new for us so we might find a way to make it work but so far we are very happy with it! Came with everything he needed to start playing!

Great little drum set, priced other sets for over double the price and definitely happy in my decision. Bought it for my daughters 10th birthday. I've had The Kit for a short time now. Assembly was easy, and overall it works mostly as expected for its price point. However, there are a few quirks worth mentioning. The pedals feel quite flat compared to an acoustic kit. There's no real snap-back since the spring mechanism pushes rather than pulls, which means it lacks that natural rebound when you lift your foot. Another thing I noticed is that the cymbals aren’t as well isolated as I expected. It's easy to accidentally hit the frame or a nearby pad (like another cymbal or tom), which creates unintended noise. This kind of cross-talk can be a bit distracting during play. but a great kit to find out if you or your kid will be into drumming or not but i would of happily spent an extra $20-$30 just for the pedals to be and feel a little more like an acoustic. t

Really cheap price
Look, with $299, you may well end up only buying your drum sticks and practice headphones if you stick heavily to traditional offline retailers. As far as I know, $299 might be the lowest price for a drum kit on market, but this one is really not bad. It provides lots of different sound modes, while a few of them are really brilliant. Can’t dampen the cymbals but other drum kits at this price range won’t be capable of that as well. The sound is especially powerful at the price and would serve well for rock. I think this drum kit will surely outcompete any other drum kit you can get at the same price. If I have to say something bad, there are some minor design vulnerable during shipping around the installation of control panel. Mine appears to be damaged during shipping, but I’m a huge fan of Artist Guitars and won’t blame that.

I love playing drums, but the noise has always been an issue for me and my family trying to enjoy peace and quiet. This is why this drum kit is so great, no noise.
