Artist AG100 Red Electric Guitar w/ Bullbucker Pickups
The deluxe version of the Artist AG1, the Artist AG100 is the ultimate hard-rock weapon, perfect for those with a heavy right hand a la Malcolm Young and Tony Iommi. With a body and neck crafted from solid mahogany, the AG100 delivers rich sustain and warmth, enhanced by the natural resonance that only a set-neck construction can provide. The neck features a 22mm C profile, offering a comfortable grip for both rhythm and lead playing, with a smooth gloss finish.
The fretboard is made from eco-rosewood with a modern 12-inch radius, giving you the versatility and feel to handle everything from fast solos to expressive bends across all 22 medium-jumbo frets. White pearl block inlays add a striking visual contrast against the dark fingerboard, while cream binding and black side dots complete the classic look with refined detail.
The AG100 is loaded with our signature Artist Bullbucker humbuckers, delivering a dynamic tonal range suitable for everything from blues and jazz to hard rock and metal. Each pickup includes coil-splitting via push/pull pots, opening up crisp single-coil tones on demand. The guitar features a three-way switch and HH configuration, giving you instant access to everything from tight, articulate cleans to thick, saturated overdrive.
The hardware on this one was carefully selected in pursuit of premium performance, with a Tune-O-Matic bridge featuring roller saddles for improved tuning stability and sustain. Paired with chrome locking tuners, the AG100 keeps perfect tune even under aggressive playing or heavy bends, while a true bone nut further enhances tuning accuracy and sustain.
This model comes strung with D’Addario EXL110s straight out of the box.
