The Artist LSP Dreadnought is designed from the ground up with the beginner guitarist in mind. By combining an inspiring, resonant sound with a player-friendly design, this guitar pack ensures that the early stages of your learning journey are smooth, comfortable, and deeply rewarding.
Authentic Resonance & Sturdy Build
Built in the classic 41-inch Dreadnought body shape, the LSP delivers a full, rich, and robust acoustic tone with plenty of natural projection. It comes equipped with high-quality steel strings, giving you the bright, authentic acoustic ring heard on countless rock, pop, folk, and country records. The guitar features premium die-cast machine heads that turn smoothly, make tuning simple, and keep your instrument stable for longer, along with a built-in chromatic tuner that features a child-safe battery compartment secured with a safety screw, ensuring that tuning is both easy and accessible.
Optimized Beginner Playability
To make learning chords as easy as possible, the LSP is set up at the factory with a low string action, which allows beginners to press down the strings without experiencing harsh fret buzz. It also features an adjustable truss rod that keeps the neck perfectly straight, accommodating changes in weather and humidity. Designed as a purely acoustic guitar available in both right and left-handed models, it delivers a natural unplugged sound and cannot be connected to an amplifier. These recommendations are guidelines designed to ensure a comfortable fit, rather than strict rules. Because physical build and ability vary, a younger player with a longer reach or advanced technique may easily handle an instrument outside their recommended age bracket.

We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

It's a big claim, but, for the price, my new Artist LSPC Natural dreadnought cutaway is perfect! It sounds wonderful, with a strong bass, and good balance across lows, mids and highs; it has excellent sustain; it looks no-frills beautiful and appears to have been very well crafted; it exhibits good intonation; and it is, as claimed, well set-up. As a bonus, I finally found a cutaway that isn't built with electronics I don't want! (although such is available for those who do want them). For those on a tight budget, this guitar is a real find. Based on this purchase, Artist Guitars actually do what they say they do—make quality instruments at an affordable price. Based on my first experience with Artist Guitars, I'll be back for more.
