We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Great value!
I purchased this three pack to use in my small band I have with my mates. They work very well! High build quality (it feels like you could throw them off a plane and they would be fine) and they sound great too. A great cheap alternative to the Shure SM58 without sacrificing the build quality.

I purchased a number of these for a community theater show. At times I was using nine at once in a challenging room acoustically on varying voices.I was able to push these mics hard at times with no feedback issues.Both the tonal quality, and feedback rejection left me more than impressed with the performance and results. Do yourself a favour and arm your kit with some of these mics. For the money?, Brilliant!.

theyre great,,,better too than the ones we compare them to.... Lemme put it this way.... Doing a solo show, you gotta sing 60 or 70 tunes over the 4 hrs,,thats enough for most voices. Though, with these i find im still good to cut another hour at what should be a tired end of the show. So, Im sticking with these bcause they work. Oh?,,,,should mention ive got a little 150 watt personal monitor pointed straight 90 degrees up nearfield to this mic, and somenights the gigs quite loud,,,as is then the monitor consequently,,the mic rejects close proximity feedback real well directly under the polar pattern. When you go real hard into them db wise,,,they can take it,,,even at close proximity they dont fatten or flatten out, they're still clean as with headroom,,,Your not gonna beat the price, they should be much more for what they do and can do controllably. After all,,,theyre easy and responsive to sing through 5 stars for performance.

I recently purchased these mics at a very reasonable price and happened to use over the weekend for a wedding function. Great value Mics
I bought these mics for vocals for our regular jam nights. They have a great tone and are robust. It was difficult to distinguish them from a Shure SM58, sounding almost exactly the same. I am really impressed with them for the price!
