This innovative acoustic-electric guitar features built-in chorus, delay, and reverb effects that project directly from the soundhole without requiring an amplifier.
The Artist LSPFX is a full scale steel-string dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar that pushes boundaries for beginner and progressing guitarists. Based on our highly popular cutaway design, this instrument features a cutting-edge onboard effects processor and internal vibration unit, allowing you to experience rich, ambient spaces wherever you play.
Groundbreaking Onboard Effects & Smart Design
At the heart of the LSPFX is the Guitto GGP-02 effects module. This system captures your string vibration, adds professional Chorus, Delay, or Reverb, and sends that wet signal to an internal speaker unit mounted inside the body. The unit vibrates the back panel of the guitar, beautifully amplifying the acoustic effects directly out of the soundhole. The preamp also includes a 2-band equalizer and master volume control, and it functions perfectly as a standard pickup when you want to plug into an external amplifier or PA system.
Reliable Build & Optimized Playability
Crafted with a laminated spruce top paired with sapele back and sides, the LSPFX provides a clear, resonant tone with excellent structural durability. The smooth okoume neck features an eco-rosewood fingerboard and an elegant Venetian cutaway, letting your fingers easily reach the highest frets. Set up at the factory with a low string action for maximum comfort, it makes pressing down chords easy on new fingers, while the built-in adjustable truss rod ensures your neck stays perfectly straight against seasonal changes.

Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.

If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.

Very good guitar
This guitar was a replacement for the same model that I purchased two and a half years ago, which unfortunately developed a defect that I only recently noticed. It was obviously a defect in the wood used for the bridge. Despite that, I am more than happy in all respects with this model guitar. When I contacted Artist Guitars about the problem, the service was exemplary and the exchange was effected without any delay or argument. I could not ask for better. Artist Guitars' integrity and after-sales service is of the highest possible standard and is very much appreciated. Many or most companies would do well to emulate this company. I give this guitar five stars. for $200 it is very playable the unaugmented sound is very nice the action on mine was great out of the box and the self amplification system alone would be worth two hundred dollars. I have many guitars many of which cost several orders of magnitude more than this one but this tends to be my go-to acoustic it's that good. yes it's laminated but that just means it won't get any better. I've only had this guitar 24 hours but I've played it and am very pleasantly surprised both with and without the inbuilt preamp and speaker. The blend of chorus and reverb sounds really lovely and gives the guitar more volume as well. The playability is very good and great after sales service from Harry with a minor imperfection on the fretboard. The fretboard is very dry and would need some TLC and nourishment with every string change. At this price it represents amazing value

i got this LSPFX for 199 on sail. im really fussy with acoustic guitars but even at full price 269 u couldnt get much better. the ggp2 is ok the delay is unusable but the reverb and chorus are pretty darn nice. body work is great well finished no faults at all. the eco rosewood fret board is a tad dry and the frets are very scratchy (they feel like a sub 300 buck guitar) but im realy happy with what i have at the price i payed over the next few days ill dress the frets swap the plastic saddle and nut for bone and bridge pins for ebony mb oil the board but u would do that stuff with any guitar for this price. get one there good

I wasn't sure about the concept, but when heard the prototype demo I was pleasantly surprised. Straight out of the box, the action and intonation were fine. Strong balanced sound acoustically. When I turned on the effects I knew I'd made a good decision. Plug in to an acoustic amp or a PA and you realise how good the reverb, .chorus and delay are. Set the amp or PA flat and control your sound on the guitar, no need for hand signals to the sound guy. The canvas padded gig bag ,strap and string set make this an absolute bargain for any level of player.

The guitar arrived in just three business days despite the Brisbane floods, fantastic. Excellent quality, like all Artist guitars. The action and intonation are fine straight out of the box. Strong balanced sound acoustically, switch on the Guitto pick up/speaker and the chorus, delay and reverb deliver the effects. Plugged into a PA and you realise just how good those effects are. I can control my sound from the guitar, no need for hand signals to the sound guy. Good quality padded gig bag, not a flimsy nylon dust cover. The strap and spare set of strings are and added bonus. Considering the pickup system, bag, strap and strings would cost around $150, this one hell of a bargain. I have a Cole Clark, Taylor and a Martin, and I'm very impressed with this guitar. It would also be a great starter for beginners as the effects will add encouragement.

I am super impressed with the LSPFXNT guitar. It is extremely well finished, sounds good as a straight acoustic guitar with a nice rich sound, the pickup is extremely good when plugged in to an acoustic guitar amp and the function of the inbuilt speaker is an added bonus and quite amazing. To get all this together with a quality vinyl case and spare set of strings and a couple of plectrums included for the price is amazing value. The only down comment I'd make is the very drap & plain look of the face timber cheapens the look of the guitar and is in contract to the really nice looking timber used for the sides and back. So just a comment and not a complaint. As usual Artist Guitars were great to deal with, delivery to Perth in 10 days during these times was also pretty impressive. This is the 5th guitar I've bought from Artist Guitars and have been rapt in each of them.
