My teaching style focuses on the individuality of the learner in a relaxed and casual manner. The learning experiences are tailored to suit each student. We use ipads, music apps, Skype and recording software. We also use smart phones to record video of techniques practiced. During my 26 years of teaching I have amassed a comprehensive catalogue of resources and these days, emailing PDFs means no worries about bringing books to lessons.

As a professional guitarist and vocalist, I have worked with Phil Emmanuel, Russell Morris, Joe Camilleri, Jon Stevens, Marty Rhone and Frankie J Holden and many more.....

I've been employed as a Teacher at SBIT in Diploma of Music, Music Coach for Weekend Warriors, Music Coach and performer at “Boardroom Blitz” at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and Music Coach for “Creactive Education” at Brisbane Powerhouse. I've also published “The Little Aussie Guitar Book” and “Studies in Contemporary Guitar” which are used extensively in my courses.
