About this Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless System - Silver

Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless System

We've been searching for years to find a quality wireless system.  This is the first time we've stocked one because only now have we found a system that is reliable enough to use on stage or rehearsals without dropouts, noise or tone degradation, but won't cost you an arm and a leg.

The U2 Wireless Guitar System from Xvive is the most compact and easy way of freeing yourself from the usual spaghetti tangle of cables that is the bane of every musician.

This Wireless Guitar System can be used for Electric guitar and Bass guitar, as well as electric acoustic instruments with an EQ/Pickup such as guitars, basses, mandolins, ukuleles etc.

This item is NOT Suitable for electric acoustic instruments with an Active Pickup, or Microphone Pickup or Condensor.  If you are unsure if your instrument is compatible, please contact us for advice.

Comprising of two simple and small 1/4 jack connectors that act as transmitter and receiver, the U2 is ideal for stage, home and studio use and can also connect via Bluetooth to your favourite devices, using 24 bit resolution to capture every detail in real time - uncompressed, natural, clean tone with no delay at a range of up to 100ft/30m.

It uses 2.4 GHz frequency and uses WI-FI spectrum. It is digital and the sound would be as though you are using a cable. You can use up to 4 units at a time.  To eliminate any possibility of interference from other devices using the 2.4 GHz frequency, we recommend the Xvive U2 wireless system not be placed within 1m of another U2 Wireless system, and more than 3m away from any WI-FI devices such as Internet Routers, Portable Hot Spots etc.

Featuring a rechargeable lithium battery with approximately 5 hour life at full charge.

Includes a transmitter and a receiver.

I recently purchased an Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless System - The system is easy to set up, and has worked flawlessly. Great value for money..no regrets about the purchase. My only concern has been the "manual" is very skimpy, but any questions have been resolved with an email to Artist Guitars , who have been right on it with answers to any questions I have had, responding within 24 hours. Top service from Artist Guitars. Thank you. David Briggs

Great little unit

I had a the line 6 G10 unit and swapped it for the Xvive U2. I like how small the units are and so far so good, all working as it should. Great service from Artist guitars too, I'm a fan of their products and offerings. Hard to beat the shipping and guarntees offered. I wish all companies stood by their products this way.

Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless System - Compact Wireless

I play guitar in a '60s-'90s classic rock cover band that works regularly in pubs and clubs. I have tried more expensive wireless systems before but have been let down by dropouts and interference from other band members' own wireless setups and venue electrical interference. The Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless System-I have the black one (to match my black Stratocaster)- does not have such issues. It's great! Both the transmitter and the receiver offer the choice of 4 channels... I simply choose one (on the receiver) and marry it up with the transmitter... and I'm away! Set up in seconds. I have tested the unit in gig situations with really pleasing outcomes. True and dynamic sound, no buzz. I also like these Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless Systems due to their compact size- no bulky (and heavy) wireless equipment hanging off my guitar strap- the transmitter plugs direct into the output jack on my Strat, barely noticeable (but mighty powerful). The receiver is the same size and plugs straight into the start of my pedal chain (but it could also plug directly into an amp)... again compact and in no way intrusive. Both parts of the system are rechargeable- an easy process- and easily lasted the distance over a four hour gig. I believe these units keep going for at least 5 hours but I've never actually had to test it for this duration. A fabulous, great sounding (and looking) wireless system at a very reasonable price. Very happy.

i recieved the XVIVE wireless unit today.. .. i was concerned it wouldnt work with a sustainer as they are an active cicuit and they are not suppose to work with actives but it works without a problem with a sustainer.. i figured it would though as the sustainer is basically its own internal active circuit that operates via a passive system.. i also have 2 guitars with active EMG`s in them, an EMG 81 in the bridge and an EMG 85 in the neck.. the unit also works with these no worries although it says it wont work with actives.. i guess it depends on the individual pickup and its frequencies/signals and whether or not they interfere.. it may be transistor amps only that have a problem and valves are fine..maybe going into pedals versus straight into the amp makes a difference..who knows with electrical signals...lol.... all i know is it works so im happy.. the only issue ive had is that it stops my wireless mouse from working if im very close to it but i doubt that will be a problem onstage...lol.. my home is no stadium but i was able to walk all the way around and through it without any signal loss.. so for future reference if anyone is wondering if it will work with a sustainer, yes it will, no problems at all.. well atleast it did for me anyway... its compact , great quality and very reasonably priced and rvrn dors things its not suppose to.. i recommend the unit to anyone..
