We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Cheap strings but without sacrificing quality
With the escalating price of-- well -- everything I thought I would try a couple of sets of these Chinese-made strings. Previously, my local music shop charged me $4.50 for a single high E string (the skinny one)!!! So, I figured a few spares would come in handy for replacing broken ones. I ended up just deciding to restring a cheap acoustic with a full set, and was very surprised at the quality. I cannot comment on how they age, since these have only been on for a couple of weeks. But I can recommend them as a good, cheap option. If nothing else, they will be useful for replacing single strings, but if the opportunity arises use a full set and I think you will be happy with the result. Cheap and great quality.

Okay so I have these on both of my acoustic guitars (not expensive brands or anything but I like them). One is in standard tuning and the other is a whole step lower than standard. Both sound great. Great product and easily identifiable packaging makes it easier to see which string are which without having to compare thickness etc. Nice and shiny and feel good on the fingertips. I didn't even know I needed new ones until I saw these ones compared to my old ones. No problems putting them on either, no snaps or anything. Good quality.
