BA30 - Panel Functions:
Input: This is your bass guitar jack input
Volume: Controls the volume level.
OTG Volume: Controls the volume level of the OTG Interface.
Treble: Controls the high frequencies of the Bass guitar tone. If you increase the treble, your bass guitar will sound brighter.
Mid: Controls the mid frequencies of the Bass guitar tone. If you increase the mids, your bass guitar will sound fatter and punchier.
Bass: Controls the amount of low frequencies or bottom end in your tone. If you increase the bass, your bass guitar will sound fuller and boomier.
Mid Freq: Selects the band controlled by the Mid knob. Adjustable between 200Hz - 2000Hz
Gain: Sets the input sensitivity, shapes your core tone, and determines how clean or gritty your sound is.
Compressor: Evens out your volume by making loud notes quieter and quiet notes louder. It controls dynamic range, adds punch and sustain, and helps your bass sit evenly in a live or recorded mix.
Phones: Plug your headphones here for silent practising. Doing this mutes your BA30's internal speaker, cutting out the speaker sound

Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.

If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
