I love your products and if you check your records you’ll find I have bought much stuff from you over the years.This my friends ,was a dud ( at least for me ), I found it a bit rigid and inflexible and as a consequence it is now in many pieces , it lasted 20 mins. I thought I was handy at engineering type applications but on this I was a complete failure. I should point out I was using it on a straight mic stand ( Artist of course)

Not bad for the price

The cradle that holds tablet is quite good but the ball joints in the goose neck are too loose and cannot be tightened, the clamp that attaches to the stand is also of small size and not suitable for anything over 20mm in size

Fell Apart on First Use

Garbage construction, terrible build and expensive. Item quite literally fell apart when i first used it. Put it back together. Fell apart again. Bad quality.

Effective but fragile

When this thing works it's fantastic. Easy to get put it you need it. Folds up so not bulky for travel. Unfortunately I've also got 2 broken ones like the person above. Jason and Artist extremely helpful and have replaced when broken. However Artist, I think from the other reviews that this is more than a one-off flaw. The mechanism seems to lose traction at one or more joints. I like it so much I'm continuing to use it for gigs, but I will keep a spare on hand - in effect doubling the price...

Great Product but..

I purchased the tablet holder and was extremely happy with how easy it was to set up and use at gigs. Unfortunately during a gig the arm of the holder broke and I was unable to put it together again. I contacted Jason at Artist Guitars and he replied to my email immediately. He was so apologetic and helpful. I had a replacement sent straight away,and I received it within a few days. I am sure it was unfortunate that there was an issue with that particular holder. The replacement works perfectly and I can't thank Jason enough for his excellent customer service. I have to give a 4 out of five for the product due to the fault but a 5 out of 5 for outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Pretty disappointed!

The first one I got sent out fell apart while I was on stage. I have just received the replacement witch is also broken. I now have two broken tablet holders I cant use.
