We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Amazing - I wish I had used it on my recent record
I had never used one of these before, and I wish I had used it on my recent recordings. I have a number of pedals that are great for using the guitar to get organ, synth, string and mellotron sounds and I love them. But I think for someone who wants to record and have another string to their bow - this is indispensable. The sounds one can get are just glorious, and allows for wonderfully melodic solos and soundscapes. Plus it is very affordable.

Challenging but fun
Bought it to try on bass. Not designed for bass as supposed to be supported by adjacent strings and bass strings too far apart Found it works by putting one edge on neck or pickup and leaning it toward string being struck. This helps to maintain correct distance from string for total length of sustainer Works well but will take time to learn to use skilfully and be able to move from string to string.

Bought this Infinate Sustainer on a whim after seeing it in a YouTube video. It wasn't expensive and I thought it would add layers to tracks and deepen the sound of songs. But it's actually better than that. It's not difficult to use - I was getting good sounds as soon as I used it. But with a bit of practice hopping from string to string, it's really got a lot more to it now. On-line purchase was easy and the package came within the promised time. Recommended.
