We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Good strings.
These Artist strings may be cheap and budget, but when they're fresh, they sound about 85% as good as a fresh $50 pack of Ernie Balls. And because they're so affordable, you can change the strings on your bass far more often and have that fresh spanky sound. I've used them in my band's recordings and they sound great. Is the $50 pack better? Yes, but not by all that much, and if you can't afford or don't want to pay $50 all the time for fresh strings but want that bright, fresh sound? These work great. They work so well I just had my bass setup with them. I am always recording funk rock/funk metal and don't want dull strings. Def would recommend.

Bass Strings
I play a lot of gigs, well I did pre covid. Plus lots of rehearsal etc. These are my string of choice. I use them on all my basses which include Rickenbacker, Fender and Gibson. I find I get about 4 gigs plus a couple of rehearsals out of a set. Which is how often I would change a more expensive set anyhow, so why spend the extra money ? They are bright and very "live". I use them to record as well. I highly recommend you try these for yourself.

These are great strings for regular gigging and with reasonable tone. Obviously that depends on what instruments you put them on. But for the price, I believe these are the best value strings on the planet. Also with customer service like artist guitars why would you go anywhere else?
