We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

We couldn’t be happier with these drum gig bags they are exceptional quality and value for money. We have a very large Gretsch bass drum that we were really hoping would fit and it did. There is a generous allowance to the bags to accommodate the drum’s outer hardware; without being overly loose. The materials are very high quality, both plush and durable. Great value, good quality bags
I bought this set to store a restored vintage Yamaha kit which will only get played occasionally. Surprised by the quality; well made, strong stitching, and nice soft fleece lining. Can't go past these for the price. Hard to comment on how well they'd hold up being lugged around, but they seem to be of no worse quality than what the more expensive brands have on offer. I would definitely recommend these bags for the price. Fast shipping too. Highly recommend shopping with Artist Guitars.

Ordered a cymbal bag before which was great and very well designed. The drum bags are the same, description doesn’t do justice to what it says. All the bags are strong, well designed and very soft from inside. The extra space makes the drums go in and out quite easy. The carrying handles are great. Over all it’s 10/10..

Rock Drum Bag Set-Superb value for money.
Got these as I needed size up Tom/kick bags for my Mapex Saturn kit as they struggled to fit in correct size bags. Don't use this kit much as normally use Roland kit, so didn't want to spend too much on individual bags. This bag set came with more than what I needed but the price was right and when I received them I was very impressed with the quality of bags for the price. Padded with fluffy lining and zips seemed reasonable quality as well, they look like they will work well for me. Recommended.
