This full scale BJ01 5 string banjo from Artist gives you all the features you'd expect on a much more expensive banjo. This banjo sounds and feels great.
Whether you're a seasoned musician or just starting out, this banjo will be a perfect addition to any collection. The BJ01 features a geared 5th string tuner. This is very important for both tuning and playability. This banjo brings you all the classic tones of a traditional 5 string banjo.

We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Man i thinkbthis the 2nd banjo ive bought from artist and theubare just as good as any of thre banjos around for a much essier price. I cannot fault them they are sturdy, of good construction and will last you years if you look after it and the gig bag they come with really are good and lightwieght to carry around but id suggest for that little bit extra gwt yrself a hardcase.

Never Owned a Banjo Before - Thought I'd GIve It A
I own a lot of guitars, but never owned a banjo. When an ex-display came up I jumped at it. Even with the cruddy strings on it, it still has that bright banjo sound. Sounds even better once I replaced the strings. Overall build quality is pretty good other than some sharp fret ends which I sort of expect on cheaper instruments. But it's easily fixed. The banjo has neck binding, hardware's nice and shinny (even being an ex-demo). That gives me confidence it's not going to rust in the coming years. Going off other guitars, the actions higher than I would expect, but I have to have a look at banjo specs and how they differ to setup. But at the price, I'm blown away with what you get., even paying new price.

Straight out of the box the banjo looked great and arrived on time and intact. After some tuning and a slight tension of the head, the banjo played nicely, no buzzing or any issues and the action was low and easy to play. I removed the resonator because i prefer the sound without which is a nice option to choose either. I would definitely recommend this product.
