Artist DC300 Black Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Hard Case
This case is a solid construction with 3 hinges and 4 latches. This will fit all types of Dreadnought Acoustic guitars. If you're not sure if your guitar is a dreadnought please send us the Brand & Model number or a picture of the guitar. It has sturdy wooden construction with a lockable Latch (the key is inside the case). This case has a small storage compartment for strings and other small accessories.
The new DC300 cases now feature a higher quality stitching for its bindings.

We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Cozy Fitting Case

Can't go wrong, even if you tried!
Look, This is my 7th artist case now so i got a little bit of experience with them... and you can't go wrong with them for the price you pay. These are good quality cases with a great price. The delivery of these items is usually quite fast in comparison to other companies as well. They protect your guitars and they also don't scratch them in anyway. Which is a double tick for me. They have areas to put spare strings, or your tuner or a capo and some picks, so you don't forget to bring them to jams and gigs. Sturdy handle and sturdy case clips. The measurements on the website are also accurate. Granted i haven't had the need to throw the case off of a 2 storey building to test it's ability to withstand such punishment - i have unwillingly tested it in actual real life situations, which includes a 4 year old pushing the guitar in this case over and the guitar being absolutely fine due to the case protecting it. I can honestly say, and thankfully say, this case can and does protect your guitar from these real life situations. Oh and the guitar case was fine in the fall afterwards as well. 10/10 all round!

Surpassed my expectations.
The price of this guitar case was so good I did not have any great expectation of quality. You could not imagine my surprise when I removed the packaging to reveal the case and was really amazed at the solidity and robustness of the case and the protection offered by the internal foam and fabric lining. Amazing value. My Dreadnought is really safe and sound inside …and it is protected by lock and key as well.
