These Artist patch cables are a high-quality, top-grade, low noise guitar patch lead, suitable for connecting the pedals on your pedalboard and keeping it neat and tidy. The pancake connectors are ideal for small pedalboards because you can fit your pedals closer together when compared with standard right angle connectors.

We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

The first issue I found is that when connected to a mini pedal like the Joyo Gate of Khan noise gate, the r/a connector actually is too big and extends/overhangs past the base of the pedal by approx. 3mm, enough that the connector is taking any weight or force applied to the pedal. The rubber and/or velcro supplied with this pedal isn't enough to compensate for the overhang. With a mini pedals like the Nux Sculpture compressor, the connector overhanging past the base is not issue at all, plenty of clearance. Secondly and not really an issue but I'd like to be able to get these in a longer version/s. This would make changing the signal chain order easier instead of needing to relocate/moving pedals around. Overall though, well made and great value for money. Top marks to Artist Guitars for providing great gear that's affordable.
