How to Get an Item Repaired or Fixed
All of our instruments come from the factory set up ready to play out of the box. If you need any help adjusting your instrument or getting started, feel free to visit our Support Materials page.
If you have any issues with your purchase as a result of damage in transit, or faulty construction, let us know immediately so that we can assess your situation and determine the best course of action. All non-consumable products are covered by our 3 year warranty so returns are quick, easy and free.
It's easy to request a return log into your account and lodge a support ticket here.
Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a few details:
- Invoice Number (starts with AG...) or the email address you used for your order.
- Brief description of the fault
- Whether you would like a repair, replacement or a refund
We'll get straight back to you with your free returns label and instructions on how to go about returning the item to us.
