Great Sounding Headphones

By: on 21 September 2018
I got these h/phones with the Medeli A300 keyboard pack. Very good audio clarity, clear, bright and well balanced sound with a tight solid bass. Excellent monitoring headphones. If you were buying them as a separate item they represent good value. Thanks for the tip below about the velour pad covers, I will try some of those for extra comfort.

Sounds So Good

My grandson is very hard on headphones, I saw these @ Artist Guitars and thought I would give them a go. Like everything from Artist they arrived on time and as described, I must say they are far better than I expected and my grandson loves them. They provide good sound and are comfortable to use on his PC, now all we need is another pair for his amp. :)

Good but need modification

Insanely cheap and very bright, a huge bump in the high end and fairly awful to begin with. I used some thin foam packing material and put it behind the OEM ear foam - much fllatter and I'm very happy with them, have solid low end out of the.. bag/box but it does drop off somewhat as they burn in. I have a small head and found them to sit way too tightly to begin with, had to remediate that with some gentle counter bending. Very comfy now but the earpads are a bit sweaty on warmer days - the AKG velour ear pads fit (k240) and there are even options offered on Ebay that state with specificity the HD681. Great headphone for the price if you are getting old or are able to modify.
