WOW Outstanding

I've had mine 4 about a month now and I honestly can't say anything bad about it, I've had some pretty expensive guitar amplifiers in the past but the NUX 40BT has wowed me the most, just absolutely love it xox

One very LOUD Amp

By: on 26 August 2021
What can I say about these Amps? Awesome for one. Flexible is another, oh and did I mention LOUD. Before owning this amp I had a Jade 100 watt amp and it is a great amp but the new NU-X 40BT is tops. It can produce a warm sound through to Heavy Metal screaming, Oh, and did I mention it is LOUD. This Amp really does pack a punch and is perfect for home and right through to using it on stage. Love my new MU-X 40BT and have retired my old Jade 100 watt amp.

Stupidly good amp

I needed a practice amp for jamming and writing. For 300 i expected crap. Who ever wrote the gain algorithm is a genius!! The dirty overdrive and the distortion to my ears is better than my Boss katana artist. If they put 2 celestion speakers in to a 100 watt version id buy it.....

Great practice amp for all

By: on 7 October 2020
I bought this amp for my kids to practice on and they absolutely love it. They are beginner to intermediate in skill levels. Pros- The range and tone versatility of the inbuilt effects and drum machine, although reasonably basic, is perfectly adequate and pretty damn tasty for a lot of different situations whether it be home based practice, some studio recording or any jam or band rehearsal you may have (depending on how wild your real drummer is of course!) Another reason to consider this amp is that there is quite a few other well known name brand practice amps of this size on the market right now that don't even have half the inbuilt effects and tone versatility (via the free downloadable app) that this little amp does at this pricepoint. So, hey, you've got to love that! Cons- Not much at all really...When considering the price and the fact it is marketed as a practice amp, then yeah, there is really not much to complain about at all. If you want all the extras of a professional small, medium or large live show worthy type of amp at 10x the price eg. footswich capability, effects in/out loop, DI output etc you won't find it here unfortunately (maybe the new and upgraded models will have this? Lol) But, for the average guitarist sitting at home or wherever, it will be absolutely perfect for you and very satisfying to your ears, no matter what your style. For any upandcoming metalheads out there looking at getting this, the metal tones are chunky and pretty ballsy for anyone and everyone who isn't just a full on, never satisfied, veteran tone junky. The tones are raw, thick and juicy and it handles drop tuning well at a reasonable volumes if not competing against a live drummer. Overall, this NU>X Mighty 40BT amp is a seriously great buy for the money. Classic looks, modern effects and great useable and versatile tones so, hey, well worth the money.

Great amp

Been using the mighty 40 by for a couple weeks it's great. Lots of different effects to choose from also drum beats and back up tracks via app. The sound is great and clear even when turned up.
