Artist ST62 Vintage White Electric Guitar w/ Wrangler Pickups

Improving on a design that has endured to the point of becoming ubiquitous in the 70 years since it first appeared on stages worldwide, the Artist ST62 is the ultimate gigging workhorse! Boasting a modern 2-pin tremolo with a slot-in/slot-out arm rather than the vintage screw-in design of old, the ST62 remains incredibly stable even under the heaviest of tremolo abuse, with high-grade locking tuners and a bone nut further ensuring you remain perfectly in tune: song after song, night after night. With an ergonomic '62 style, C-shaped maple neck topped with 22 medium-jumbo frets along the length of a new and improved, 12" radiused eco-rosewood fretboard, the ST62 feels innately familiar, recalling the neck profile of golden era vintage electric guitar design... without the golden era price tag!

A set of Alnico V Artist Wrangler series single-coil pickups delivers that spanky 'quack' we all know and love! Use the neck and middle position for creamy lead tones, or switch to position 2 for that classic twang!

Artist ST62 - The last Fiesta Red one.

By: on 21 March 2026
The red one. No longer listed? Did I get the last one?? Such a great guitar. Essentially the same guitar as the white one just a colour difference. The paint job is superb without any blemishes & the neck's finish is a flawless satin feel with a darker looking tint that looks roasted. Great fretwork up & down the neck. 'Customer Returned' & I'm happy to get this now rare beast. This guitar will hang in there for all those 60's instrumentals & surf tunes without any hesitation. A fine replica with that familiar feeling neck & an ergonomic body that is just the right weight. Those pickups do justice to the original concept but with a hotter output & the mid positions are hum-cancelling. Tone controls for the neck & middle & the bridge goes straight to the output with no tone control unless you are in the mid position. The team @ Artist were prompt & responsive to my questions [as always]. No serial number so I record the AGxxxxxx invoice number on the guitar for future reference. ""Gerard in Port Kembla""

Seriously, I challenge you to find anything close to the quality for this price. It feels good, sounds good, and is just an amazing instrument. Thanks Artist.
