A set of Alnico V single coil pickups delivers classic chime and jangle, with a five-way switch unlocking those lush, out-of-phase sounds immortalised by generations of iconic players. And when you’re craving extra punch, flipping to the bridge unleashes a rich, throaty growl packed with strong mids and a spanky, cutting high end. With a traditional control layout, vintage six-screw tremolo, and ultra-durable modern block saddles, we've kept things simple to ensure the AS69 feels like a refreshing take on a classic - after all, why mess too much with something that just works?
