The R102 MKII is an active aluminum ribbon microphone designed for the recording studio and professional live performances. It features the high sensitivity, yet exhibits the smoother frequency response and excellent transient response of a ribbon microphone. The fast speed response of a ribbon mic is optimal among all types of microphones. The R102MKII is a ribbon microphone with extended high frequency to studio condenser grade, but keep the same excellent transient response of ribbon microphones. Classical ribbon microphones will exhibit a roll off in high-frequency response, but the R102 MKII is a breakthrough ribbon microphone that can maintain high frequency response up to 18 kHz. For people who love ribbon style but expect extended High Frequencies, the R102MKII would be the perfect microphone for you.

If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
