About this Customer Returned Factory 2nd Artist Solaris Grey Flame Electric Guitar w/ Bullbucker Pickups,
Customer returned due to a change of mind, the volume and tone knob are very close to the body, causing friction.
This item is a customer return. We have checked it and think it's in pretty good condition, but this has been returned by a customer and most likely used so there is the possibility of small marks or scratches that we haven't seen. This item is covered under warranty but is not eligible for change of mind returns, unless it's significantly not as described.
About Artist Guitars Factory Seconds
This is a factory second product which means it didn't pass our Quality Control test. It could be due to minor scratches, small marks, a slight discolouration of the wood, the paint could be a different colour or some other minor cosmetic issues. Each guitar will usually only have one of these issues. They play and function perfectly and sound the same as the guitars that passed quality control. Unfortunately, we can't show pictures of individual guitars.
We have a very strict Quality Control and if the guitars were damaged significantly or the sound of the guitar was changed they would not have become a factory second (we have 3 different grades for damaged products depending on how damaged an item is). This is a great buy and just like all of our products it also comes with 100-days free returns and a full 3-year warranty.
Artist Solaris Grey Flame Electric Guitar with Bullbucker Pickups
The Artist Solaris is an inspired design with modern playability, contemporary appointments and versatile pickup options for the discerning tone-chaser.
The solid Mahogany body features a high-grade Flame Maple cap and is finished in a gloss Grey Poly. The carved top and Flame Cap are an iconic pairing, and the double-cutaway provides superior neck access. The neck itself is also a single-piece of ergonomically carved Mahogany, set in, with a 43mm bone nut and 12” radius. The neck features 24 frets on an eco-rosewood fretboard across a 25” scale length, with a 3-aside headstock and locking tuners.
The first-class appointments don’t stop there, as the Solaris also comes equipped with a tremolo capable of everything from wavering surfy trem, to huge bends, whilst maintaining tuning stability. We install our black Artist Bullbucker pickups in the Solaris, and although it may look basic with just a single Volume and Tone control, do not be deceived by its simplicity. The 5-way switch gives you the ability to split the coils of the Bullbckers in positions 2 and 4, allowing you a massive tonal range with plenty of options for any sound!
We use premium wiring and 500K pots on the Solaris, and with elegant dot inlays this stylish, top-spec instrument is a dream to play.
The Artist Solaris comes factory-strung with D'Addario 10-46 gauge strings.
