Amazing Service

A huge shout out to ARTIST GUITARS for their amazing service….I recently purchased a Cymbal Pack, however I was given a set by a friend. Hence, the need to return the purchase. In doing so, I received over the phone support and instructions - the Cymbal Pack was returned via the Post Office at no cost to me and a refund was promptly deposited back into my account within two days. Great value cymbals. Sound every bit as good as an

First, let me qualify that I've awarded this 5 stars based upon comparison with their tone with other brass cymbal sets within their similar entry level brass class. Second, If you're considering a set of brass cymbals, look no further. Just buy these & and save a packet. Just wow! Set them up and was stunned with the tone and volume of these. After listening to many demonstration comparison videos of brass sets from the big name major players in the same class at between 2½ to 3 times the price of these, e.g. Sabian Solar &SBR, Paiste 101s, Zildjian Planet Z, Meinl HCS, I chose to save a packet and buy Artist PREFACE. Why? These sound better than the Sabians and Zildjians, easily at least the equal of the Paiste 101s, their closest equivalent the Meinl HCS which IME were the pick of the bunch from the big four and what I would have gone for in brass had these not been available. These are unbeatable value. I'll be seriously considering the Artist B20 Bright Rock cymbal pack when I upgrade, and the massive saving I made in buying these over paying for a premium for a name will let me do that so much sooner. Win-win!
