One of the new models to add variety to our LP59 Deluxe LP Style Electric Guitars. It features a Gold coloured Top and 2 Cream coloured P90 Style Pickups.

The Artist LP59GT90 guitar is our top of the line LP-style guitar whether it be for gigging or recording and is definitely one of the best LP-styled guitars on the market in relation to quality and price. This guitar has a great rock/ blues sound that easily produces that big fat fluid sound so typical of any good quality LP style guitar.

The body consists of a AAA grade Mahogany top that is finished off with a single-ply cream binding over carved basswood and a back of solid mahogany. The plain sawn set neck is made of mahogany and has an eco-rosewood fretboard. The 22 fret neck is a comfortable "C" shape with trapezoid mother of pearl inlaid into the eco-rosewood fretboard. With the typical 24.75" scale length you are sure to bend notes as well as any blues or rock player going around.

The guitar is finished with an impressive Gold Top while the back is a clear polyurethane finish. The deluxe hardware consists of chrome locking tuners, lock-down-post Tune-O-Matic bridge with roller saddles, and an aluminium Stop Tailpiece.

We also use the best electronic parts to reproduce the classic wiring configuration. 2 Volume and 2 Tone Control, standard 3-way toggle switch, Japanese Split Brass Shaft 500K Pots, 0.022uF,400V ceramic capacitors, and 1/4" Input Jack.

The factory strings are standard  D'Addario EXL110 strings.

It's on order and I'm excited about this new class

By: Rob McCarthy on 8 September 2020
I've had an Artist LP59 Deluxe with cherry burst top and Bull Bucker pickups for some time. It (along with my other Artist purchases) has been brilliant. Can't wait to get my new model Gold Top which is on order. It'll the perfect vintage style compliment to the classic LPs and I like P90 pickups. If it's as good as the LP59 burst I'll be more than happy.

Hallow body sunburst guitar

By: Gary on 22 August 2020
I see on peoples reviews how they are blown away buy the price and quality of Arrtist guitars. I also full under this category. I have always been a Fender guy owning high end teles and strats. I purchased the Hallow body Sunburst guitar from Artists Guitars because I’ve been interested in owning one but didn’t want to fork out big cash on a guitar I may not use regularly. I too was blown away when it came for the quality it looked for the price. Then when I played it WOW it sounded fantastic. It’s been my go to guitar which worries me because I forked out shit loads of money for Fenders. Dame you Artist guitars keep up the great work you’re doing

Artist JB300

By: Dave Mallon on 18 August 2020
I own a vast selection of high end guitars with prices ranging from $2500-$4500. Gibson Les Paul’s, US Fender Stratocasters/Jazz/Jaguar, Duesenberg, Musicman, Cole Clark. I also own some mid tier guitars in the $1000 price range Epiphone Sheraton 2 Pro and a Tasman Ac/Elec. The reason I wanted to point that out is not because I want to brag about owning these instruments, it’s so you will know that I’m qualified to give a fair assessment of a Guitar I bought from Artist Guitars for $399. It is an Artist Jumbo Cut JB300. I did not expect much from this but I bought it because I wanted another tonal option to stick a microphone in front of in the studio. I have to say that I was completely blindsided as to how “very very” good this guitar is, not only in tone and in build quality but it’s so nice to play i.e it’s really easy to play straight out of the box. So I thought the pickup would be it’s Achilles heal and it’s not. It actually sounds as good as my Cole Clark plugged in and I’m not exaggerating that. I dialed in the tone I was looking for and found a very responsive, yet gradual taper to knobs. I don’t want to ramble on but I am going to give these guys their due, for entry level pricing, you’re getting ridiculously much more. I will happily gig with that guitar and just as an added bonus, they look really stylish too. Really nice photo shoot prop worthy finish also. For $350-$400 whatever I paid exactly, I don’t remember but this is beyond good and I’d recommend anyone from beginners to advance level players having one of these as their main acoustic, first acoustic or back up if you already have your main instrument. Great sound(Ac and Plugged), great price and a nice feeling and looking guitar. Can not fault it!
