SHUBB S1 - Deluxe Acoustic and Electric Quick Change Guitar Capo
About this SHUBB S1 - Acoustic and Electric Quick Change Guitar Capo
Crafted of solid stainless steel to resist nicks and scratches, this capo will look just as beautiful years from now as it does today.
When the Shubb Capo was first introduced in 1980, capos were elevated to a whole new level. In 1998 the Shubb Deluxe pushed the envelope again. Many people thought that the original Shubb could not be improved, but with the Deluxe we introduced upgrades in materials, design, geometry and ergonomics. It became the flagship product of our line. Still made in our shop in Missouri and assembled by our crew in California, as it always has been.
The Tech Features
Material: Metal and Rubber
Suits: Steel string acoustic guitars and most electric guitars (Doesn't suit - classical's, 12 strings or electric guitars with exceptionally flat fingerboards)

shubb S1 capodespite not being made in the USA anymore, this product works accurately, rapidly , with no fuss and allows players who pick up the neck to not be obstructed in anyway. This is the best capo that I have so far used.

Thanks and we're happy you liked the capo. Cheers!
Shubb S1Great capo, made of stainless steel and well built. It has a lot of moving parts though but it's not really a 'con' as it really looks durable. The rubbery material that presses on the strings looks durable as well. But for those who want to know, it's made in China, not in USA. It's a capo which you can adjust the tightness of its grip on the neck of the guitar which some capos don't. The only 'cons' that I can think of this capo would be: 1. You have to use both hands to clip it to the neck; 2. You can't put it on the headstock when not in use; 3. It's a bit pricey (at least here in Australia) for what you get especially that it's made in China.

Thank you so much Wesley. We appreciate you in taking the time to leave a nice review. :)
DependableUsing on an Alvarez acoustic and it's quick change as described, but still feels dependable when you attach. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall off as you play, but it's still very easy to remove when you want. The tension is simple to adjust as well, and not fiddly like some adjustment screws on things can be if you've got larger than average fingers like me lol. Highly recommended as it feels like it will last forever as well.
