This Ukulele is affordable and heaps better than you get in almost any music store. Most music store have painted terrible wood which chips and simply feels terrible. This natural wood uke doesn't need to hide it's grain & sounds great. I'm glad this is available and I have bought and recommended it to many friends.

This ukulele looks great but sounds horrible. I've heard stretched rubber bands sound better. The playing action is so close to the top fret it rattles. There is no real musical ringing quality sound when you play it. It sounds like a cheap toy. Two of the machine heads were loose and crooked.Even the little QC sticker on the back of the neck was crooked.(Thanks leo)So no, I would not recommend this item.

Artist Response: Really sorry to hear about your bad experience with this Uke. We have a 100 Day Free Returns policy and all our instruments are covered by a 3-Year Warranty, so you're more than welcome to return this for exchange or refund.  This doesn't sound normal for this model, they are built well and usually play and sound great.  It sounds like an issue with this particular Uke.
