Artist LP59TSB Deluxe Electric Guitar Vintage Sunburst
The Artist LP59TSB guitar is top of the line. whether it's for gigging or recording, it'ss definitely one of the best guitars on the market for the quality and price. This guitar has a great rock/ blues sound that easily produces that big fat fluid sound so typical of this style guitar.
The body consists of a AAA grade veneer top that is finished off with a single ply cream binding over carved maple and a back of solid mahogany. The plain sawn set neck is made of mahogany and has an eco-rosewood fretboard. The 22 fret neck is a comfortable "C" shape with trapezoid mother of pearl inlaid into the purple wood fretboard. With the typical 24.75" scale length you are sure to bend notes as well as any blues or rock player going around.
The guitar is finished with an impressive Vintage Sunburst, while the back is a solid black polyurethane finish. The deluxe hardware consists of chrome locking tuners, lock-down-post Tune-O-Matic bridge with nickel saddles, and an aluminum Stop Tailpiece.
The Pickups we use on our LP59TSB are our signature Artist Bullbucker Pickups with Nickel Silver covers. The pickups on this model are COIL SPLITTING. They have a creamy smooth 'flute-like' sound on the neck pickup while the bridge pickup breaks up nicely with no harsh upper mids. They are both vintage-moderate output pickups. An added feature is that both pickups offer coil splitting which guarantees that this guitar will deliver a wide range of tonal options.
We also use the best electronic parts to reproduce the classic wiring configuration. 2 Volume and 2 Tone Control, standard 3-way toggle switch, Japanese Split Brass Shaft 500K Pots, 0.022uF,400V ceramic capacitors, and 1/4" Input Jack.
The factory strings are standard D'Addario EXL110 strings.

Quality on the cheapBy: Sebastian Mogyorossy on 31 May 2021This guitar has to be one of the best value price guitars here in Australia, actually. Artist Guitars have officially blown me away with the level of quality a guitar of this price can have, and when compared with guitars double or triple the price (like epiphones and gibsons alike, the differences are minute but what's important is there and is of high quality. The pickups are the best sounding humbuckers I've ever had on a guitar, the setup took a matter of minutes before it felt perfect, even out of the box it was fine to play. It holds tune very well and fret buzz is very minimal, overall has quality hardware and to anyone in need of a good guitar for cheap, get this, I seriously cannot stress how good it is.
Surprisingly great guitarBy: Brad on 27 April 2021I purchased this LP guitar with a little trepidation after returning a grungemaster due to some manufacturing issues. Upon opening and looking it over I was seriously impressed. This is a classy looking guitar (I'm a brand snob too). Playability is fantastic, My other guitar is a different brand, much more expensive metal guitar and this LP plays/feels very similar. Nice low action, neck is not thick at all which I was expecting (still no Ibanez neck) but I honestly prefer the playability of this neck. It just feels right. Frets are super smooth, action is quite low, no fret buzz. Tone, volume knobs roll smoothly. Sounds fantastic through a Boss Katana 50, coil splitting sounds great. It's a really versatile guitar, even unplugged it really resonates. I'm so glad I bought this. After trying out some Fender players, Yamaha Pacificas and other Ibanez this actually plays better than those. I'm very happy, don't be a brand snob, give this guitar a go.
By: Artist GuitarsThank you so much for the awesome review and we are stoked to hear that you are happy with your LP59TSB guitar. Cheers!
Seriously nice guitarBy: Darren on 12 December 2020This guitar and case has taken me by surprise, What an amazing guitar, it's perfect, there are no flaws, its very well built, great attention to detail, it even has nibs on the fret ends, and although it's a 59 it actually has a 60s neck profile. Frets are finished well, machine heads are locking type and seem pretty good,Fret board is dark and well finished. The pickups are rounded on the corners which is reminiscent of vintage pickups. Unplugged the guitar is loud. It has massive sustain and a rich clean sound All push pull knobs and volume pots are great I'm Really liking the bridge too to the point i may use it on other guitars when modding. The case is also very well built and is really nice. I think these combos are an absolute steal at the price and personally I'd choose one of these over an Epiphone any day of the week, If you want to put your money on an LP style guitar... Put it here on the artist LP Delux series you'll be glad you did
