ARTIST GUITARS 12 MONTH WARRANTY

What’s Covered:

Artist Guitars will cover any faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. If you have any issues simply contact us with a description of the fault and a copy of your original invoice or receipt from either ArtistGuitars.com.au.
Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in Australia. It’s the
customer’s responsibility to return the guitar to our warehouse in Sydney.
What we don’t cover:

Strings, Valves, Batteries or other consumable items.
Misuse, Damage, neglect, or broken Hardware caused by dropping/damaging the guitar.
Any unauthorized modifications or repairs.
General Wear and tear – (fret wear, Dirty fret boards, Nut wear).

If the guitar is faulty please email or phone us with a description of the fault and we will
either repair or replace at our discretion.
